Why? You may ask. Simply put: Parents need to have this time with their children to not only bond with them but to also keep up with the things going on in the children’s lives. This type of bonding is desperately needed in order to keep the family unit together and for parents to no longer let outside influences have rule over their children. This is a wonderful time for stories, for teaching and learning or even play. This assures the children that the parents will be there for them. It also allows for laying down of a moral education for the children at the parents hands. The family bonds will grow much stronger, especially if this practice is encouraged for both parents, not only one parent. Children do need the influence of both a mother and father to be well balanced in their lives. Having a time of bonding constantly with both parents will increase the parent-child bond and mean a stronger cohesive family unit. We need to steer our children back onto a stronger ground both ethically and morally.

By: Kaung | ChitChat247.com | KMKBlog.com
