It’s a proxy detector! Read on if you want to know more and wish to get one.

If you operate e-commerce sites, you may have frequently or often experienced fraudulent purchases done by “customers” through anonymous proxy servers. That is to say, the “customer” first visits a proxy site that helps him/her hide the true ip address (computer address), so that no one can track from where and who made the purchase with fraudulent payments. As a reliable seller, you have to make sure all of the charges and cases are resolved efficiently and this can take some times and can give you and your employees headaches. If there is a way to detect those proxy servers and block accesses from them, don’t you think your business will run smoother and have more time to focus on product qualities and customer purchase satisfactions?

If you think so, then you need to consider investing in a proxy server detector for your e-commerce site. There are many out there so you have to pick the right one for your business. Most of the scripts are either sold by unknown companies or from known companies but come with little to no instructions; and it is rare to find a company selling easy solutions. Regardless of how rare they are, IP2Proxy comes close to it when it come to providing simple web solutions to detect and blacklist proxy servers. All you have to do to have it running is to download, and import in your system backend and let the script do the wonders (automatically start blacklisting proxy server accesses!).

True, You can also add individual ip address to your htaccess or server firewall to block the proxy server ips but remember that there are MANY proxy server ips out there with new ones coming up daily or ips changed daily. And it will be troublesome for you and your server management team to locate each ip and manually input them to server firewall! With IP2Proxy, it automatically locate and detect proxy servers and proxy list for you and that Anonymous Proxy List is updated as soon as new ones are detected. You might wonder how the script was coded or what algorithm is used for the production. You can find out more at the official IP2Proxy site.

Not to mention, you are not committed to buy the software and you can even get the FREE version with them! You can continue your search on finding easy ways to prevent proxy accesses to your e-commerce sites or you can go straight to IP2Proxy, end your search and enjoy fraud free services!

- Kaung Ko

First Impression Always Counts!

Business

first impression

First impressions always count every where; say you go for interview, if you dress nice you may already have few points rewarded, and say you go and meet with your partner’s parents, first impression still does count! If you make a purchase on your credit card, the charge is reported to the credit card bank, the transactions get approved, and the bank records all on their official web site or in monthly statements, which are also available for you to download into your personal financial software. If you pay the balance at the end of each month there is no expense for this service. In fact there are many reward programs available where banks will basically pay you to use their credit card; those are known as cash back, reward or rebate cards.

You can check the credit card rating free of charge online to help you make the right choice, the right card to get the best out of using the credit card. At Credit Cards Club, you can check the ratings and features of many existing credit cards; Business, Cashback, Gas Rewards, Most Popular, Balance Transfer, Travel Rewards, or Prepaid Credit Cards! In choosing the best card, keep in mind low interest rate, 0% starting APR and no annual fee cards are the best to use and will save you from extra charges. Cash back, Cash Rewards, Airline Rewards, Gas Rewards, and similar reward cards are suitable for travelers and extreme shoppers; it indirectly acts as getting paid to do what you love! Watch out for bad credit cards too! If you have suspicions, check the credit card rating.

If you have the discipline to pay of your balance at the end of each month and not spend more than you can afford to pay back fast, you’ll basically get the credit card service for free (paid for by people who don’t have enough discipline to pay off their balance each month). With credit cards, you get free record keeping, free reward points, and many other features, depending on the type of card you apply for. Many credit cards offer some type of insurance if your purchase is stolen, extra life insurance policies for air travel booked on their cards, and extended warrantees on anything you purchased with their card. One of the benefits of using credit card is the fact that provider companies will usually stand up for a good customer that is being charged incorrectly, and will help you in chargeback or disputes faster than ever unlike with your saving/checking accounts.

Remember, before getting a credit card, before applying for one or to read on latest tips and news on the credit cards, be sure to visit Credit Cards Club and check credit card rating as well.

By: Kaung

Experian Accuses LifeLock – LifeLock Has A Good Chance To Win The Case!

Business

Experian

Lifelock

I recently saw the news on CNN regarding lifelock facing lawsuit by Experian. In case you don’t know any of them, Experian plc (LSE:EXPN), formerly known as CCN Systems, is a global credit information group, with operations in 36 countries and LifeLock, founded in 2005, is a personal fraud protection company.

Experian is accusing lifelock of deceiving consumers about the breadth of its protection and abusing the system for attaching fraud alerts to credit reports. Experian has picked a fight with LifeLock, alleging “credit laws do not provide for a third party to place fraud alerts on behalf of a consumer.” In essence, Experian is mad that LifeLock is costing them money by placing fraud alerts for members (it costs them money to set alerts). LifeLock also opt-out members of pre-approved junk mail, etc., limiting the credit bureaus ability to sell customers’ information. From what I saw from the interview with CEO of LifeLock, LifeLock is offering free such extra alert services while Experian charges extra fee. Now Experian seems to be facing hard time getting new customers/subscribers and thus accusing LifeLock. LifeLock charges only $10/month for fraud protection and the fee also include guarantee up to $1,000,000 usage for protection per cient, fraud alerts, and addiitonal services. In fact LifeLock has helped those rare unfortunate customers of theirs who had identitiy stolen. In case of fraud, LifeLock takes care of the settlement fees, investigation fees, lawyer fees, and court fees out of their own pocket and all you have to pay is $10/month for it. Funny thing is even the subscribers accusing LifeLock by taking side with Experian are still subscribed to LifeLock services (even though cancellation is as easy as 1,2,3 and very fast), which means they still enjoy LifeLock’s service.

lifelock services are designed to protect the consumer, at the expense of Credit Reporting Agencies profits, and they are doing their job. CEO even publicly advertise about the company along with his social security number, and have defended successfully for any fraud cases.

By: Kaung

New Freelance Positions – Offer or Request: Task Market!

Business

Reviews

freelance

freelance jobs

freelancer

If you are a freelancer, you know how much extra income you can receive for joining more freelance web sites and providing your skills to get paid.
