The other important feature is the support. Some companies forget that they should treat clients with respect and help them solve their problems and not just acknowledge that they have a problem.

That is very true. Regardless of a person starting or a personal site or for business, uptime is indeed important. Downtime can cost you in terms of income, visitors – mainly the interests & return of the customers/visitors.
