What An Embarrassing Moment!
Embarrassing moments are unavoidable in every person’s life. They always come in a flash but leave you to have memorial moments. I have experienced one as well and it was back in my high school years. [Check Out My Video For Confession; Sponsored By: Gulf oysters]
Later, I did really realize it is time for me to come out of the shell, to forget what I have been doing in the old ways and time to enter the new world with new demand that I can easily fulfill. I reschedule my time for both studies and for leisure or workout time. Surprising, I can maintain my grades, and the times I put aside for work outs haven’t affected my studies.
Also keep in mind eating healthy food is beneficial as well. Before, I don’t have correct eating time; late dinner or late lunch and eating without avoiding fats and high calorie foods. I feel much much better after I choose the right nutritional ones.
I am fond of having seafood, especially crabs, lobsters, certain fish, and oysters. They also help my dietary system to “flow smooth” at times. But you need to be aware of oysters, and the reasons I ahve are the same as the ones specified at Gulf oysters. BeOysterAware informational site provide safe oyster recipes and gives potential risks information for oyster consumers. There are also discussions on symptoms and treatments caused by Vibrio vulnificus.
According to BeOysterAware,
Vibrio vulnificus is a gram-negative bacterium that occurs naturally in warm, unpolluted seawater. Transmission of Vibrio vulnificus to humans occurs through two methods: (1) the direct consumption of raw, undercooked or non-depurated seafood (finfish, crustaceans, and mollusks) and (2) exposure of wounds to contaminated seawater.
Once infected, even though healthy individuals are not at high risks, a small number of individuals are. It can produce live diseases, and many other disorders. Potential risks are specified here.
Remember, eat right, work out, study/work and you will have the most refreshing and good life
